Last Monday week the final round of Judging for the Irish Professional Photographers Association print competition was held in kilkenny. Out of a total of 18 prints I received 8 Golds and 10 silvers so I am feeling very pleased with myself. It does'nt really mean anything to me financially as all we receive are the crests but it is a very useful marketing tool and also entering competitions helps to keep the standard of our work up so in the end the real winners are our customers.

Arrived in Ballinasloe at 7.15 am not expecting too muc to be happening at that hour, decided to go for breakfast and went back to fair green afterwards.Still nothing happening so waited till 10.30 when the rain arrived but still no horses,sellers,buyers so decided to go home and continue editing.: icondiscordant-harmony :
